In a strategic move to widen its footprint, Zypp Electric expanded its operations to Mumbai and Hyderabad, adding to its presence in major urban centers like Delhi NCR and Bangalore. This expansion is aligned with the company's mission to facilitate 100% electric last-mile deliveries, a goal supported by its fleet growth from 11,000 to over 20,000 e-scooters nationwide. This expansion not only enhances Zypp Electric's service reach but also contributes significantly to environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions.
Zypp Electric's platform has enabled over 53,000 delivery executives to transition to electric vehicles, boosting their earnings and reducing operational costs compared to petrol-based counterparts. This shift is not only economically beneficial for the workforce but also contributes to a considerable reduction in carbon emissions, with the company having offset 29 million kilograms of carbon since inception.
The company's foray into the three-wheeler cargo segment and its plan to introduce electric L5 loaders exemplify Zypp Electric's commitment to diversifying its offerings and tapping into new market segments.
