ZEVO has formed a partnership with Zen Mobility to further enhance last-mile deliveries throughout the country by enabling services such as Zomato, Swiggy, and other similar platforms. In the first phase of this partnership, ZEVO will deploy 3,000 units of the Zen Micro Pod over the next 12 months. Zen Mobility’s upcoming Zen Maxi Pod, a 4-wheeler Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) designed for larger deliveries, will further boost ZEVO's capabilities.
ZEVO plans to start the nationwide deployment with Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). This initial phase will enable rigorous testing and refinement to meet local challenges. Upon successful implementation, the rollout will expand to other major cities, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai.
For e-commerce deliveries, ZEVO will allocate a substantial portion of the fleet to meet the growing demand for timely shipments of consumer goods. An equal number of units will be dedicated to grocery delivery services, balancing these two vital sectors.
By leveraging Zen Mobility's emission-free vehicles, ZEVO aims to pioneer a new era of eco-conscious logistics operations. This initiative not only enhances delivery efficiency but also elevates the customer experience by ensuring timely, fresh, and transparent deliveries.
