India Yamaha Motor (IYM) adds colours and enhanced graphics as it unveils a refresh to its motorcycle line-up. As part of its 'The Call of the Blue' brand campaign, Yamaha is introducing colour choices and cosmetic upgrades across its popular models, including the R15 V4 and the FZ series, encompassing FZ-S FI Ver 4.0 DLX, FZ-S FI Ver 3.0, FZ FI Ver 3.0, and the FZ-X.
The move aims to invigorate sales and establish deeper connections with the youthful demographic in India. Yamaha's focus is on catering to the preferences of young riders, offering them a personalised journey and enticing them to embrace 'The Call of the Blue.'
Eishin Chihana, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India Group of Companies, expressed excitement about the 2024 motorcycle line-up, stating, 'We are elated to introduce vibrant new colour options and appealing graphics that aim to captivate riders and onlookers alike.' The new colour choices, he mentioned, were curated based on feedback from young consumers in colour-related surveys.
The R15 V4 model for 2024 introduces the exclusive 'Vivid Magenta Metallic' colour scheme, available at Yamaha’s Blue Square outlets. The Racing Blue and Metallic Red shades have undergone cosmetic upgrades, enhancing the model's sporty appeal. Meanwhile, the FZ series receives a transformative update, with the FZ-S FI Ver 4.0 Deluxe featuring the new 'Racing Blue' shade and a sleek solid black seat. The FZ-S FI Ver 3.0 is now available in Matte Grey, the FZ FI debuts in Matte Cyan, and the FZ-X joins the line-up with the rugged Matte Titan colour.
