Continuing the strong sales momentum for its popular range of models, WardWizard Innovations and Mobility sold 3,860 units in December 2021.

Driven by the rapid shift towards electric two-wheelers, the company registered a YoY growth of 548% compared to December 2020, where sales stood at 595 units, the company said in a press release.

The company claims that it has already sold 17,376 electric scooters and motorcycles in the first three quarters of this financial year (April- December 2021), logging a growth of 570% compared to the same period of last financial year (April- December 2020). As a result, unit sales in Q3 crossed 10,000 units for the first time for the company.

Sheetal Bhalerao, Chief Operations Officer, WardWizard Innovations and Mobility, said, “Electric two-wheelers are becoming part of a large number of households in both the urban and semi-urban cities. Encouraged by the green mobility revolution in the country, EVs are becoming the preferred mobility solution for many new riders.”

“As there is a high demand for high-speed scooter models, the company is launching its first-ever ‘Made-in-India’ high-speed scooter in the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit. To further meet the growing market demand, the company will be continuing to strengthen its presence across the country and also making investments to facilitate the growth of the electric vehicle industry,” she added.
