Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has announced a significant joint venture with SpeedForce to enhance the after-sales service landscape for Joy e-bike customers by leveraging SpeedForce’s extensive network of over 1,000 touchpoints across 350 locations. The collaboration is set to enhance service accessibility and expand Joy e-bike's presence in underserved regions, including India’s Northeast.
Under the agreement SpeedForce will not only service Joy e-bike vehicles but also retail Joy e-bike models at its outlets. This dual offering allows customers to purchase and maintain their EVs at a single location, simplifying the ownership experience. The partnership is expected to drive customer satisfaction and sales while expanding Wardwizard’s market penetration in areas where dedicated Joy e-bike showrooms are unavailable. With SpeedForce servicing an average of 150 vehicles per outlet each month, this collaboration has the potential to reach over 50,000 additional customers monthly.
SpeedForce has recently entered the electric vehicle service segment aligning with the growing shift towards green mobility. The partnership will ensure that SpeedForce outlets are stocked with Joy e-bike spare parts and lubricants, while providing technical support for efficient maintenance. This initiative is expected to significantly improve service quality and accessibility in regions like the Seven Sisters in Northeast India, where Wardwizard currently has limited reach.
