Volvo Group has announced the appointment of Radhika Nair as the Head of People & Culture for India, effective July 1. Radhika, who joined Volvo in 2021, brings over two decades of rich experience.
She previously served as Vice President of P&C for Global Vehicle Technology and Head of People and Culture at Volvo's Technology Centre in Bangalore. She will also join the India Country Management & Leadership Team.
Radhika has a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles at Accenture, Uninor, Future Group, and HSBC. She has successfully developed and executed talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
