In a strategic move to bolster its global leadership and governance, Varroc, a leading Tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced the appointment of Liselott Kilaas as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors.
Kilaas brings with her a formidable background, holding an MBA from IMD Business School and a master’s degree in mathematics and statistics. She currently serves on the boards of several multinational corporations and has held key leadership roles across sectors including healthcare, technology, finance, industry, and sustainability.
