Uno Minda Limited has announced its highest-ever quarterly revenue for Q1 FY25, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The company reported consolidated revenue of INR 3,818 crore, reflecting a 23% year-on-year increase from INR 3,093 crore in Q1 FY24.
The company’s EBITDA for Q1 FY25 stood at INR 408 crore, a 24% increase from INR 330 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Despite a slight dip in the EBITDA margin, which remained steady at 10.7%, the overall profitability saw a robust uptick. The PAT (Profit After Tax) attributable to Uno Minda’s share was INR 199 crore, a 15% rise from INR 173 crore in Q1 FY24.
In addition to its financial achievements, Uno Minda has made strategic moves to enhance its product offerings and market position. Recently, the company entered into a Technical License Agreement with AISIN, a Fortune Global 500 company, to manufacture sunroofs in India. To support the orders received from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the Board has approved a capital expenditure of INR 63 crore for setting up a new sunroof manufacturing facility in Bawal. The plant is expected to commence commercial production by Q4 FY27.
