Ultraviolette Launches F77 MACH 2 Electric Motorcycle For Europe At EICMA 2024

Ultraviolette has officially launched the F77 MACH 2 electric motorcycle in Europe at EICMA 2024 in Milan. Priced at €9,990, the F77 MACH 2 aims to capture the interest of European riders with its performance-oriented design, advanced battery technology and approval for road use across the continent. This launch represents a significant step in Ultraviolette’s plan to expand internationally and establish itself as a leader in high-performance electric motorcycles.

The F77 MACH 2 showcases competitive performance profile with a 40.2 bhp powertrain and 100 Nm torque enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 kmph. It is powered by a 10.3 kWh battery providing ample energy for spirited rides. With its aggressive design and advanced tech features like a smart console with over-the-air (OTA) updates, the F77 MACH 2 is tailored for riders seeking a modern electric motorcycle experience.

In addition Ultraviolette introduced the F99 Racing Platform, a track-focused electric motorcycle. The F99 is powered by a 90 kW motor offering a 0-100 kmph acceleration in three seconds and achieves a top speed of 265 kmph. It incorporates active aerodynamics and cooling ducts to enhance performance and stability, setting new benchmarks for electric racing bikes. This track-specific model demonstrates Ultraviolette’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of EV technology in motorsports.

The brand also showcased Concept X, a futuristic electric motorcycle designed to provide a glimpse into the next phase of electric mobility. Concept X merges form and function with a bold design philosophy representing Ultraviolette’s commitment to innovation and its vision for the future of electric motorcycling.

Narayan Subramaniam, Co-founder and CEO of Ultraviolette, emphasised Ultraviolette’s strategy to offer a range of electric vehicles that meet diverse needs, from urban commuting to racing. According to Subramaniam, the F77 MACH 2 and the F99 Racing Platform embody Ultraviolette’s approach to integrating performance and design for a global audience.

In addition to its product reveals, Ultraviolette highlighted its ongoing European expansion, with pre-orders now open and sales set to begin in markets like Turkey, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Ultraviolette also showcased developments from UV Future Labs, its innovation centre focused on advanced EV technology, including AI-driven safety features, enhanced connectivity, and sustainable energy solutions. These innovations are expected to feed into future product lines, supporting Ultraviolette’s broader mission to lead in sustainable and connected electric mobility.
