Ultraviolette (UV) has officially opened its new state-of-the-art experience centre, the UV Space Station, in Pune. Centrally located in Shivajinagar, the 2,100 sq ft facility aims to provide a comprehensive brand experience that includes sales, service, and spares.
Enhanced services ensure that both existing and prospective customers receive top-notch support and a seamless ownership experience. The centre will also feature the F77 MACH 2, available for test rides and purchase, reinforcing the company's commitment to providing high-performance electric motorcycles.
Pune city already hosts a substantial customer base for the brand. The new experience centre is designed to offer an immersive and comprehensive brand experience. It includes a showroom and display area, a service centre and workshop, charging infrastructure, and a customer lounge. Visitors can expect a futuristic and modern experience, featuring interactive technology zones, seamless vehicle configuration, tech-enabled merchandise, an accessory zone, a test ride experience, a vehicle delivery zone, and comprehensive service support.
The experience centre is located at Showroom No. S3, Epicentre 64-C1, Old Mumbai - Pune Highway, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra. This new location not only serves the current and prospective owners in Pune but also extends its reach to surrounding regions, enhancing customer proximity and reinforcing the company’s commitment to proactive, high-quality service. This new centre aligns with Ultraviolette's vision of establishing 50 futuristic experience centres globally.
