The new Maruti Dzire might be making big waves in the private buyer space but the fleet market will have to wait a little longer as it will continue with the current-generation car, which is called the Tour S. This has been on sale since 10 February, 2023.
The Tour S is in essence an LXi variant with the same features both inside and outside and this was an expected step given the rigours of the life of a vehicle in a fleet service. Features include dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors, tilt adjustment for the steering, and ISOFIX child seat mounting points.
It is offered with the automaker’s 1.2-litre four-pot engine producing 89bhp/113Nm in petrol guise and 76bhp/98.5Nm in CNG guise. Both engines can only be had with a five-speed manual. Like its private market sibling, the Tour S goes up against the commercial version of the Hyundai Aura and the Honda Amaze.
