Terra Charge has appointed Go Suzuki as its new Managing Director in India. With over 13 years of experience in global operations, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, Suzuki is set to lead the company’s efforts to support India’s EV charging landscape.

In his new role, Suzuki will oversee Terra Charge’s daily operations, develop strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in charging infrastructure. The company has announced plans to focus on shared home charging, aiming to make EV charging more accessible to residential communities and commercial properties. Terra Charge intends to leverage Suzuki’s international expertise to foster collaborations with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), housing societies, and local businesses, positioning itself as a key player in India’s rapidly growing EV ecosystem.

Suzuki stated, “India holds immense potential to lead the electric vehicle revolution in Asia. As Managing Director, my goal is to drive innovation in charging solutions and forge strategic collaborations to support the e-mobility sector. Together, we can work towards a sustainable future for India’s EV market.”

Suzuki’s track record includes scaling Terra Motors Vietnam’s monthly revenue from $10,000 to $800,000 and establishing operations for Terra Drone in South America, covering Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. His global experience is expected to help Terra Charge refine its operations in India and build effective public-private partnerships with government bodies to advance EV infrastructure development.

The company is also exploring the integration of advanced data analytics to optimise the placement of EV chargers and improve operational efficiency through smart energy management systems. Terra Charge has indicated plans for joint ventures and the expansion of its local leadership team to enhance its innovation capabilities and market presence.
