Tata Technologies has announced the launch of Reignite 2025, a gender diversity-focused hiring campaign aimed at supporting women engineers who have taken a career break. The campaign, launched on 13 February 2025, invites women engineering graduates on a career break to apply for the programme by 24 February 2025. The initiative addresses the challenges women face when trying to resume their careers, such as the rapid evolution of technology and skills gaps. Through Reignite 2025, Tata Technologies is offering a blend of training and practical experience to enable women to reclaim their professional aspirations and thrive in the field of engineering innovation.

Reignite 2025 is structured in three stages. The first stage, Explore, includes orientation sessions led by women experts. These sessions cover topics like modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies’ workplace culture, and strategies to excel in interviews. Participants who excel during this stage move to the second phase, Elevate, which offers in-depth technical and soft skills training tailored to core project domains. Top performers then progress to the third stage, Engage, a paid internship programme that includes one-on-one mentorship, hands-on project work, and exposure to global projects. Participants who complete the programme receive certificates at every stage, and the top performers are offered full-time roles at Tata Technologies.

Orientation for shortlisted candidates will take place on 6 March 2025, marking the beginning of their journey to professional reintegration.
