Tata Motors has signed an MoU with Everest Fleet to deliver 5,000 XPRES-T EVs. To start with, the company handed over 100 cars to mark the partnership.
Siddharth Ladsariya, Founder, Everest Fleet, said, “Time has come to now take our 100% CNG cars fleet towards a greener and cleaner alternative - Electric Vehicle.”
Ramesh Dorairajan, Senior General Manager, Network Management and EV Sales, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle, noted that the company is looking to enhance EV adoption in India through such partnerships.
Notably, the carmaker entered into an agreement with Evera to deliver 2,000 XPRES T EVs. Besides, the company also signed an MoU to deliver 10,000 XPRES T EVs to Blu Smart.
Meanwhile, the Indian Airforce also recently inducted 12 Nexon EVs to its fleet at its HQ, Vayu Bhawan.
