Tata Motors, India's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has introduced 'Customer Care Mahotsav,' a comprehensive engagement program for commercial vehicle customers. Scheduled from January 14 to March 30, 2024, this initiative will be held across all authorized Tata Motors service outlets nationwide.
The Customer Care Mahotsav aims to facilitate meaningful engagement with fleet owners and truck drivers, providing insights into their needs and emerging trends. It offers benefits such as meticulous vehicle check-ups, attractive discounts on select Tata Genuine Parts, and access to value-added services like Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), and Fleet Edge.
The programme also includes comprehensive training for drivers on safe and fuel-saving driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits, and tailored value propositions under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
Commenting on the program, Girish Wagh, Executive Director, Tata Motors, emphasized the customer-centric approach: 'This Mahotsav is designed to showcase our rich and diverse service offerings, conduct proper vehicle and driver health check-ups, plus strengthen our relationship with customers and other stakeholders.'
The Customer Care Mahotsav covers all commercial vehicle workshops, spanning Trucks, Buses & Vans, and Small Trucks. Tata Motors extends a warm invitation to customers and drivers to actively participate and experience the company's comprehensive range of offerings.
In addition to class-leading vehicles, Tata Motors provides value-added services for hassle-free vehicle lifecycle management. Sampoorna Seva 2.0 offers a care package from vehicle purchase to end-of-life, incorporating breakdown assistance, guaranteed turnaround time, AMC, genuine spare parts, and other industry-leading services.
