Tata Motors has announced the launch of its 'Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,' a comprehensive engagement programme tailored for commercial vehicle customers. Running until 24th December 2024, the initiative aims to bring fleet owners and drivers together across over 2,500 authorized service outlets nationwide.

The Mahotsav offers a variety of benefits, including extensive vehicle check-ups by trained technicians and access to value-added services. It also includes driver training focused on safe and fuel-efficient driving techniques.

The programme is designed to ensure that commercial vehicle customers can maximise vehicle performance and operational efficiency. The Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative supports vehicle owners from purchase to end-of-life management, offering features like breakdown assistance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), guaranteed turnaround times, and easy access to genuine spare parts.

Tata Motors’ connected vehicle platform, Fleet Edge, plays a crucial role in enabling optimal fleet management. By utilising real-time data, operators can enhance vehicle uptime and minimise the total cost of ownership.

The Customer Care Mahotsav invites commercial vehicle owners to visit their nearest Tata Motors authorized service center to take full advantage of this initiative, aiming to enhance business efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

Announcing the launch, Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors, stated, 'We are delighted to bring back the Customer Care Mahotsav this year, starting from 23rd October— a date that marks the anniversary of selling our first commercial vehicle in 1954, now celebrated as Customer Care Day. This Mahotsav showcases our commitment to providing best-in-class service, strengthening relationships with customers across the country.”
