Tata Motors on Thursday launched of the CAMO Edition of the Punch, starting at INR 6.85 lakh, ex-showroom, New Delhi, for the base Adventure MT variant.
The new edition differentiates itself with the new Foliage Green colour on the outside with dual-tone roof colour options, which include Piano Black and Pristine White.
Other changes to the exterior include CAMO badging on the fenders, 16-inch charcoal diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED DRLs and tail lamps and front fog lamps.
The interiors of the CAMO Edition sport a unique military green colour, camouflaged seat upholstery, and a 7-inch Harman infotainment system with Android Auto & Apple Carplay with six speakers, push Start/Stop button, cruise control and a reverse parking camera.
The vehicle gets powered by the 1.2-litre Revotron engine with Dynapro technology and gets paired with a five-speed manual or an AMT.
Rajan Amba, Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, said, “This new entrant will further bolster the sales of Tata Punch and will carry forward the growth momentum.”
Punch is a vital part of our product portfolio and contributes to 24% of the company’s total PV sales and currently holds a 15% market share in the compact SUV segment, he added.
Interestingly, the compact SUV saw its highest ever sales with 12,006 units in August 2022 since its launch in October 2021.
