Suzuki GIXXER Sets National Endurance mobility outlook

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) has achieved a milestone by setting national records for the maximum distance covered by 150cc and 250cc motorcycles within 24 hours. This feat was accomplished at the 24-Hour GIXXER Endurance Challenge held at the National Automotive Test Tracks (NATRAX) in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The event showcased the reliability, engineering, and performance capabilities of the Suzuki GIXXER series securing its place in the Indian Book of Records.

The Suzuki GIXXER SF 150 powered by a 155cc air-cooled engine demonstrated its endurance by clocking 2,802.3 kilometres within the 24-hour timeframe. Meanwhile, the GIXXER SF 250 covered 3,259.0 kilometres during the same period. Both motorcycles were stock models with no technical modifications underscoring the superior engineering and reliability of Suzuki’s GIXXER series.

The event at NATRAX was a true test of endurance and performance with both motorcycles running continuously over the 24-hour period without any mechanical issues. The GIXXER SF 150 and SF 250 delivered consistent performance, demonstrating their ability to withstand rigorous conditions while maintaining optimal efficiency.
