Subros Appoints Shradha Suri As CMD

Shradha Suri was the Managing Director of Subros. She has over 21 years of experience in the automotive sector. Shradha has played a significant role in making long term strategies of the company.

Auto component major Subros has appointed Shradha Suri as Chairperson and Managing Director after a meeting of the board of directors. 

Subros is a joint venture between the Suri Group, Denso Corporation, Japan. The company is the frontrunner in the design and manufacturing of thermal products of passenger and commercial vehicles.

On the appointment, Shradha Suri said, “I am deeply saddened with an irreparable loss by the passing on of my father, Ramesh Suri. Over the years of dedication to his work, his visionary purpose seeped through to create the core of Subros. His presence will be missed; his absence makes us more aware and focused to always be present to his vision for Subros. It is a responsibility that I accept with humility and with a deep resolve to continue the path set by our Late Chairman.”

“I shall further strengthen and build market leadership across our Joint venture partners Denso Corporation Japan and Suzuki Corporation Japan and all our stakeholders and customers. Most of all, I take on the mantle to manage and guide the dedicated team to continue our shared aspiration to build an exemplary enterprise,” she added. 

Shradha Suri was the Managing Director of Subros. She has over 21 years of experience in the automotive sector. Shradha has played a significant role in making long term strategies of the company. 

Currently, she is on the ACMA Executive committee as the Chairperson ACMA Northern region. She is also a member of the CII Manufacturing Council and part of the CII’s Northern Regional Council. 

After graduating in Economics Honors from the University of Delhi, Shardha obtained degree from UK.A Masters in Management from The University of Leeds, and an M.Sc. in Economics & Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London.
