In a bid to encourage rural and semi-urban youth to join its Pan India dealer network teams, Sonalika ITL plans to hire over 3,000 talented young minds from State level ITI and other similar institutes.
The company believes this drive will aid in strengthening its existing dealer workforce and increasing its village coverage.
Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors, believes that India is full of talented youth who graduate from State level institutes such as ITI and other polytechnics, bringing in fresh talent every year.
Such individuals are dynamic and full of innovative ideas as well as carry readiness to implement their technical know-how in attaining business excellence, he added.
The farm equipment manufacturer claimed it has been clocking over one lakh tractor sales for the last five years. Additionally, it managed sales of 39,274 tractors in Q1FY23, the company’s highest ever sales in a quarter, the release added.
