SJS Enterprises has announced the appointment of Mahendra Naredi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His last position was Associate Vice President, Corporate Finance at Minda Corporation.
During his stint at Spark Minda group, Naredi was actively involved in the finalisation of TLAs and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has overseen more than five M&A transactions to meet the inorganic growth objectives.
