Simple Energy plans to launch two new affordable electric scooters in the coming quarter.
With the successful commencement of the deliveries of its flagship product- Simple ONE- the company is developing two new e-scooters which would be attractively priced for consumers.
Launched for INR 145,000 (Ex-Showroom, Bengaluru), the company’s first electric scooter has received more than 100,000 bookings. Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and CEO, Simple Energy, in a conversation with Mobility Outlook, noted that the start-up has kept its business model independent of FAME subsidies.
As per the company, the battery packs of the other variants to be launched will meet the highest safety standards.
