Kia India has announced that its Seltos SUV has surpassed the five lakh domestic sales mark since its launch in August 2019.
According to Kia, Seltos has played an important role in its India journey by contributing 55% of sales including exports.
In FY23, the company produced 135,885 units of Seltos with exports to nearly 100 overseas markets including the Middle East, Africa, Central & South America, Mexico, and the Asia Pacific region. Seltos contributed to about 68% of Kia's exports and 53% of domestic sales.
Tae-jin Park, MD and CEO, Kia India, said Seltos continues to sell over 9000 units each month.
