Royal Enfield has launched the Scram 440 crossover designed to excel in both urban and off-road environments. Priced from INR 2,08,000 (ex-showroom Chennai), the Scram 440 combines rugged design with modern upgrades, targeting riders seeking versatility and performance for commuting and adventure.

The Scram 440 features a new long-stroke 443cc engine (LS 440), paired with a six-speed gearbox. Delivering 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm of torque, the motorcycle is designed for an effortless ride across various terrains. The model is equipped with dual-purpose 19/17-inch tubeless tyres, alloy wheels, and switchable ABS for enhanced safety on low-traction surfaces. Its low seat height of 795 mm and 200 mm ground clearance ensure comfort and manoeuvrability, making it suitable for both city streets and mild trails.

Its rugged yet functional design includes LED headlamps for improved visibility and a top box provision for carrying up to 10 kg of payload. The Scram 440’s high ground clearance and durable build are complemented by balanced ergonomics for long-distance comfort. Available in two variants, Trail and Force, the bike comes in five colour options: Trail Blue and Trail Green with tubed spoke wheels, and Force Blue, Force Grey, and Force Teal with tubeless alloy wheels. Prices for the Force variant start at INR 2,15,000 (ex-showroom Chennai).

Its upgraded engine ensures lower noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), enhancing overall ride quality. Additional features such as alloy wheels, advanced lighting, and enhanced torque distribution make it a compelling choice for versatile riders.
