Royal Enfield has announced the expansion of its pre-owned motorcycle platform, REOWN. The service launched in 2023 in select cities is now available in 236 cities across 24 states and union territories in India. This initiative aims to provide customers with a hassle-free experience in buying, selling, and upgrading pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles.

REOWN is accessible through 475 dealerships nationwide and is designed to meet the growing demand for Royal Enfield motorcycles among riding enthusiasts. The platform guarantees fair pricing, brand assurance, and seamless documentation. It also provides certified pre-owned motorcycles that undergo over 200 technical and mechanical checks and are refurbished with genuine parts at authorised service centres. To enhance customer confidence, these motorcycles come with a 12-month warranty and two complimentary services.

In a bid to further incentivise loyal customers, Royal Enfield has introduced a loyalty programme with exchange benefits. This initiative, known as RE-to-RE exchanges, enables existing Royal Enfield owners to trade in their motorcycles for a new model. Additionally, REOWN has partnered with Adroit Auto, SAMIL, and Instabid to facilitate the exchange of non-Royal Enfield motorcycles, making it an inclusive platform for all riders.

Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Enfield, stated “Expanding REOWN to 236 cities reflects our commitment to providing enthusiasts with a reliable and convenient way to own a Royal Enfield, whether it’s their first motorcycle or an upgrade. This initiative is a testament to our dedication to simplifying ownership and offering a transparent pre-owned experience.”

The REOWN platform offers both in-store and online services, ensuring accessibility for all customers. Sellers can schedule free inspections for their motorcycles and complete transactions through the online portal.
