Roadzen Inc has appointed Jean-Noël Gallardo as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The announcement comes as part of Roadzen's commitment to strengthening its leadership team, bringing in Gallardo's extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, treasury management, compliance, fundraising, and M&A.
With over two decades of experience in the insurtech, brokerage, and claims administration sectors across the US and EU, Gallardo is well-positioned to contribute to Roadzen's ongoing expansion.
Gallardo's recent role as the Vice President of Finance at Aclaimant, Inc, an insurtech platform focusing on safety and risk management, underlines his strong background in the industry. His prior positions include CFO of LJR Holdings, Inc, Vice President of Finance for Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., and leading the FP&A function for CNA’s Small Commercial business. He commenced his career in investment banking, specialising in M&A for middle-market companies in North America, and holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
