Remsons Holding Ltd has acquired a 51% equity stake in UK-based BEE Lighting marking a move into the automotive lighting sector. The acquisition is part of Remsons' strategy to diversify its product offerings centred on control cables, gear shifters, sensors, and winches, by entering the growing market for advanced automotive lighting solutions.
BEE Lighting is well-known in the automotive industry for its expertise in designing and manufacturing lighting solutions, including headlamps, rear lamps, and both internal and external lighting systems. The company has a reputation for innovation, particularly in LED and Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) technology. BEE has established itself as a trusted partner for prestigious luxury, supercar, and hypercar manufacturers, and its products are highly regarded in the automotive industry.
Rahul Kejriwal, Executive Director of Remsons, stated that acquisition is expected to enable Remsons to provide comprehensive lighting solutions, from design to manufacturing, leveraging BEE’s state-of-the-art technology and the UK’s most advanced light laboratory, which is certified to deliver global homologation approvals.
