Indian Electric vehicle aftersales solutions, Readily Mobility, has announced its partnership with Hero Electric to provide 24-hour servicing for its B2B partners, which will include Doorstep / Hub based Periodic & Preventive Maintenance, Roadside Assistance, Insurance (Sales, Renewals & Claims) & other ancillary services across India.

According to a press release from Readily Mobility, this partnership aims to assist fleet owners with hassle-free servicing.

Hitesh Sharma, Founder and CEO, Readily Mobility, said, “We are trying to eliminate the fear from EV users’ minds to get after-sales services at their doorstep also as easy as ordering a pizza.”

He believes that with the company’s offerings consisting of warranty replacements/repairs, extended warranty, stock of spares, tyres, and batteries, Readily Mobility will create an ecosystem which is EV ready and which can be a growth stimulator for better penetration and sales of electric vehicles.

Sohinder Gill, CEO, Hero Electric, noted that the company’s focus has been to strengthen its B2B business and diversify into different sectors via our E2Ws.

“The strategic tie-up with Readily Mobility will help us address and streamline our after-sales service experience for our B2B customers,” he added.
