Pure EV has launched its ecoDryft e-motorcycle at INR 99,999, ex-showroom Delhi, inclusive of State subsidy. The vehicle is offered in three colours - black, grey, blue and red.
The company claims the product has been designed and developed at its technical and manufacturing centre in Hyderabad.
The AIS 156 certified drivetrain for the ecuDryft consists of a 3kWh battery with smart BMS and Bluetooth connectivity, a 3kW motor, a CAN-based charger, controller and an instrument cluster enabling the platform for any future firmware upgrades.
Rohit Vadera, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Pure EV, noted that over the last two months, the company has deployed demo vehicles across its dealerships in the country for test drives.
While the bookings for ecoDryft have commenced across India, the delivery of the first batch of vehicles is scheduled for the first week of March, he added.
With about 100 dealerships across India, Pure EV is also planning to expand its dealer network across all the leading cities and towns in Pan India.
The company is already exporting its products to countries in South Asia and further plans to expand into Africa and Middle Eastern markets.
