Pricol Limited has announced the acquisition of Sundaram Auto Components Limited (SACL)’s injection moulding business in a debt-free all-cash deal worth INR 215.3 crore subject to final adjustments at the time of closure. The acquisition has been carried out through Pricol Precision Products Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pricol.
SACL brings to the table decades of expertise in innovative polymer solutions and advanced injection moulding technologies. With six state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across India, SACL has cultivated a reputation for excellence, backed by a robust talent pool and a well-established customer base. The acquisition allows Pricol to scale its injection moulding business into an independent vertical, capitalising on SACL’s capabilities while integrating its strengths to deliver enhanced value to customers.
