Piaggio Vehicles, a 100 % subsidiary of the Italian Piaggio Group, has entered the Bhopal market with its first three-wheeler EV experience centre, Bhopal Garage & Service Station in Barkhedi.
The experience centre will give customers access to a range of newly launched FX range (fixed battery) of electric vehicles in both cargo and passenger segments.
The dealership was inaugurated by Vishvas Sarang, Minister of Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation, Madhya Pradesh government and Devendra Trivedi, Regional Manager Piaggio Vehicles.
Saju Nair, EVP and Head of Commercial Vehicle Business, Piaggio India, said the aim is to achieve the target of 25% of all new vehicle registration to be EV by 2026. Apé Electrik range of vehicles are designed to provide higher earn-ability due to its low cost of operation & superior range with maximum comfort.
