Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will be launching the much-anticipated Hyundai Creta Electric at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. With prices expected to start competitively to cater to a growing EV segment, the Creta Electric aims to make sustainable mobility accessible to a wide audience. The Creta Electric comes with two battery variants. The long-range 51.4 kWh battery offers a range of 473 km on a single charge, priced attractively for urban and intercity commuters. The 42 kWh variant provides a range of 390 km, targeting city-based users seeking efficient and eco-friendly options.

A highlight of the Creta Electric is its Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) feature, which allows users to power gadgets and appliances both inside and outside the car. This innovation caters to adventurers and emergencies alike, enhancing the car's utility. The In-car Payment System further simplifies the EV experience, enabling seamless payment for charging directly from the vehicle’s infotainment screen, with access to over 1,150 charging points across India.

Performance enthusiasts will appreciate the SUV’s acceleration, reaching 0-100 kmph in 7.9 seconds in the long-range variant. The vehicle’s Active Air Flaps (AAF) enhance aerodynamics and cooling efficiency, while the ADAS-linked regenerative braking system optimises both safety and energy recovery.

The Creta Electric boasts a 10.25-inch dual curvilinear screen for infotainment and digital cluster, coupled with Hyundai Bluelink connectivity, which provides over 70 connected features. Premium interior elements include Bose’s eight-speaker sound system, ventilated front seats, and a cooled glove box. Intelligent voice commands with over 268 embedded functions further elevate the driving experience.

Safety includes more than 75 advanced features and 52 standard features across all variants. Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS delivers 19 tech-enabled functions, including Forward Collision Warning and Smart Cruise Control with stop-and-go. The strong body structure uses Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) for enhanced crash protection.
