Nissan Magnite Achieves 50,000 Export Milestone, Now Fully E20 Compliant

Nissan Motor India has achieved a significant milestone with the New Nissan Magnite crossing 50,000 units in export sales, reinforcing India’s position as a key global manufacturing and export hub. In addition, all powertrain options of the Nissan Magnite are now E20-compliant, aligning with the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility.

The New Nissan Magnite BR10 naturally aspirated engine has joined the 1.0L HR10 turbocharged petrol engine in becoming fully E20-compatible, ensuring lower emissions and future-ready fuel efficiency.

In February 2025, Nissan recorded 8,567 wholesale dispatches, with domestic sales accounting for 2,328 units and exports reaching 6,239 units, reflecting an impressive 97% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to 3,163 export units in February 2024.

Since the introduction of the Left-Hand Drive (LHD) variant in January 2025, Nissan has shipped over 10,000 units, including 5,100 units to Latin America and 2,000 units to the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.

Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, said, “The New Nissan Magnite continues to make its mark in India and beyond, with exports crossing 50,000 units. With its bold design, premium features, and over 55 safety enhancements, the Nissan Magnite is now available in 65+ countries, catering to both Right-Hand Drive (RHD) and Left-Hand Drive (LHD) markets. Nissan’s ‘One Car, One World’ strategy continues to strengthen its global footprint, with India playing a central role in the brand’s expanding export operations.
