The Rajasthan based battery manufacturer Natural Battery Technologies launched Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP), advanced cell chemistry carbon-based battery for electric vehicles and inverters for home and commercial use.
According to a press release from the company, these carbon-based batteries for EVs can be fast-charged in about 20 minutes and serve for up to 15 years, besides being temperature resilient.
While the home and commercial based inverter lithium batteries are leakproof and spill-proof, the company claimed. It added that these batteries can also be used in solar energy storage.
Puneet Jain, CEO, Natural Battery Technologies, said, “We are also working on other applications including UPS, Telecom Tower Energy Storage and GIS Backup batteries.”
