myTVS Launches ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ mobility outlook

myTVS has launched its pan-India ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform, targeting last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators. A part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, myTVS aims to provide comprehensive vehicle management services, becoming a key player for fleet operators looking to optimise their EV operations.

The MaaS platform offers a wide range of services, bringing together OEMs and other partners to cover every aspect of EV fleet management. These services include leasing, real-time fleet management, servicing, spare parts supported by a digital catalogue of 1.8 lakh SKUs, charging solutions, telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, and tyre management. myTVS is also offering vehicle refurbishment services to extend the operational life of fleets, adding value for businesses.

myTVS has partnered with MoEVing to provide customised solutions for quick commerce operators. This collaboration marks a shift for myTVS, transitioning from personal mobility solutions to supporting the growing fleet mobility sector. As businesses push for sustainable solutions, the electrification of fleets is becoming crucial to meeting green goals. The MaaS platform by myTVS is designed to support this shift, offering plug-and-play solutions to enhance fleet performance and efficiency.

G Srinivasa Raghavan, Managing Director of myTVS, spoke on the platform’s potential, stated “The ‘MaaS’ platform is built to meet the evolving needs of fleet operators and ensure sustainability in the growing quick commerce segment. With over 1,000 service outlets nationwide, we can deliver seamless service across India. Our services, such as 24/7 telematics and diagnostic tools, will ensure maximum vehicle uptime and improved cost efficiency for both operators and OEMs.”

With over 1 million customers across India, myTVS is poised to grow further, aiming to add 2,500 outlets in the next two years and capture 10-12% of the market share. The MaaS platform is designed to be flexible, integrating seamlessly with OEMs, insurers, financial service providers, and leasing companies, making it adaptable to all stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.
