Motherson Sumi Wiring India has reported profit after tax of INR 123 crore on revenue of INR 1,859 crore for its first quarter ending June 30. According to the company, there is significant traction in the EV vertical following supplies to two players in the commercial segment.
Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman, said, “The additional capacities created over the past few quarters have started to contribute towards revenue growth. Operational improvements continue to support performance despite inflationary headwinds and supply chain issues.”
