Montra Electric has officially launched its new range of electric commercial vehicles at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The two new models, the EVIATOR (e-SCV) and Super Cargo (e-3W), were unveiled at the event by Shri H. D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries, Government of India. Alongside the new launches, the leadership team of Montra Electric, including Mr. Arun Murugappan, Chairman; Mr. Vellayan Subbiah, Vice-Chairman; and Mr. Jalaj Gupta, Managing Director, was present to discuss the company’s commitment to clean mobility and sustainable transportation solutions.
The EVIATOR (e-SCV) is an electric small commercial vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 3.5 tons. It comes with an industry-leading certified range of 245 km and a real-life range of 170 km, making it ideal for mid-mile and last-mile applications. With a peak power of 80 kW and a torque of 300 Nm, the EVIATOR offers unmatched performance in its category. Designed for reliability, it is backed by an industry-first warranty of up to 7 years or 2.5 lakh km. The price of the EVIATOR starts at INR 15.99 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi).
The Super Cargo (e-3W), a versatile electric three-wheeler, is designed to meet the growing demands of last-mile cargo transportation. With a gross vehicle weight of 1.2 tons, the Super Cargo comes with a certified range of 200+ km and a real-life range of 150 km, ensuring excellent performance on various commercial routes. The vehicle is available in three different cargo body types to suit a variety of business needs. Notably, the Super Cargo offers a fast charging option, allowing for a full charge in just 15 minutes, a key advantage for businesses with time-sensitive delivery schedules. The price of the Super Cargo starts at INR 4.37 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi).

In addition to the EVIATOR and Super Cargo, Montra Electric also showcased India’s first Electric Heavy Commercial 55 Ton Truck, RHINO, which has already clocked over 5 million kilometres with multiple customers. The company, with its presence across four key business verticals—3W Last Mile, Small Commercial, Heavy Commercial, and e-Tractors—plans to play a crucial role in transforming India's commercial vehicle industry into a green, sustainable powerhouse.
