Home-grown automobile manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra on Tuesday recalled 29,878 pickup vehicles for proactive inspection and replacement of a fluid pipe.
The company notified BSE that the pickup vehicles manufactured between January 2020 and February 2021 had been recalled for suspicion of improper assembly.
The inspection and subsequent rectification will be carried out free of cost for all customers whom the company will individually contact.
In an endeavour to ensure a hassle-free experience for its customers, the company is proactively carrying out this activity.
This action is also in compliance with the voluntary code on vehicle recall.
