According to the sources, Saha will continue to lead India’s largest tractor and farm equipment manufacturer till August 31, 2021.

Shubhabrata Saha, Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra & Mahindra Farm Division has put in his papers, people aware of the development told Mobility Outlook

According to the sources, Saha will continue to lead India’s largest tractor and farm equipment manufacturer till August 31, 2021. 

No fresh appointment to the post is being made immediately. Hemant Sikka, President – Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra will be currently look after the roles & responsibilities of Saha. 

Saha has been working with Mahindra Group for over two decades at various levels. He joined M&M’s spare parts division in August 2001 as Head of Sales & Marketing. 

Later, he also worked as CEO of Mahindra First Choice Wheels between 2008 and 2012. He joined the farm division in January 2015 as Senior Vice President – Marketing and transitioned to become the CEO in January 2020.  

Prior to Mahindra & Mahindra, Saha had worked with companies such as Cummins, ExxonMobil, Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine and Blowpast. 

Saha holds a bachelor's in technology degree from Zakir Hussain College of Engineering & Technology and a management degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has also been part of the executive education programme at Harvard.
