MG Motor India has announced that BluSmart has placed an order for 500 units of MG ZS EV, which comes with a 50.3kWH advanced technology battery providing the e-SUV with a claimed range of 461 kms in a single charge.
Gaurav Gupta, Deputy Managing Director, MG Motor India, said, 'This order of ZS EV SUVs not only demonstrates BluSmart’s confidence in our commitment to electric mobility but also reflects our shared vision of creating a robust EV ecosystem in India.”
Anmol Singh Jaggi, Co-Founder and CEO, BluSmart, noted that adding 500 units of the MG ZS EV expands the company’s premium fleet, enabling it to cater to more consumers and encourage their transition to electric mobility.
BluSmart offers its customers a choice between the Tata Tigor, BYD e6 and the MG ZS EV, with the Tata EVs taking most of the share. Earlier in an interaction with Mobility Outlook, Punit K Goyal, Co-founder, BluSmart, revealed that the company aims to expand its operation to Mumbai in FY24. Currently, it is present in Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
