New facilities in Agra and Faridabad reflect brand’s response to regional demand and luxury aspirations.

Mercedes-Benz India has expanded its presence in two important growth markets with the inauguration of new state-of-the-art facilities in Agra and Faridabad. These developments are part of the brand’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy aimed at bringing its premium offerings closer to aspirational markets. The Agra facility, operated by Prime Star, marks Mercedes-Benz’s first integrated luxury showroom and service centre in the city, spread across 32,000 square feet. Meanwhile, a new workshop in Faridabad, spread over 72,000 square feet, strengthens aftersales support in the NCR region.

Agra, known for its affluent customer base, has seen increasing demand for high-end automobiles. Strategically located in the city's automobile hub along NH-19, the Agra facility offers the entire Mercedes-Benz lineup, including the ultra-luxury S-Class Maybach. The facility includes a Top-End Vehicle Lounge, an exclusive handover bay, and a 180 kW fast charger open to all electric car owners. With design rooted in the brand’s global MAR20X standards, it focuses on refined aesthetics, customer-oriented architecture, and digital enhancements. From a boutique merchandise shop to an exclusive eight-screen media display lounge for ultra-luxury vehicles, the space is tailored to provide a seamless, high-end customer journey.

Prime Star Agra is expected to cater not only to the city’s growing luxury demand but also to surrounding regions like Mathura, Aligarh, Firozabad, Bareilly, Moradabad and Etawah. The customer experience here goes beyond vehicle sales, offering private consulting areas, product-specific digital displays, and curated handover experiences in dedicated zones. The Faridabad workshop, managed by T&T Motors, features 15 productive bays and 8 support bays, a 180 kW EV charger, and a Premier Express Service Bay promising service delivery within 3 hours.

In line with Mercedes-Benz India’s vision of enhanced accessibility and personalised ownership, three more facilities are scheduled for launch in Kanpur and Varanasi in the next quarter. This reinforces Uttar Pradesh’s growing stature as a significant contributor to India’s luxury car market.
