Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has opened its 3,000th ARENA sales outlet in Ludhiana, Punjab, hitting a significant milestone as an effort to expand its network and get closer to customers across the country.
Maruti Suzuki rebranded the ARENA channel in 2017 to make it more modern and appealing to younger customers. The ARENA outlets now offer a connected and tech-savvy car buying experience in a welcoming environment. This transformation is based on continuous research, customer feedback, and future trends. Popular models like the Wagon R, Swift, Brezza, Dzire, Ertiga, Eeco, Alto K10, Celerio, and S-Presso are sold through the ARENA channel.
Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, mentions 'Reaching the milestone of 3,000 ARENA sales outlets shows our constant effort to be closer to our customers and offer a delightful buying experience.
