Maruti Suzuki Arena recently marked its seventh anniversary celebrating a significant milestone in its journey. Since its launch in 2017, Arena has catered to over 82 lakh customers across the nation. With a sprawling network of 3,069 outlets in 2,596 cities, Arena has become synonymous with accessibility and customer satisfaction, transforming the car-buying experience for millions.
The Arena network’s growth and popularity are evident in its contribution to Maruti Suzuki’s overall sales. In the financial year 2023-24, Arena accounted for 68% of Maruti Suzuki's total vehicle sales, highlighting its crucial role in the company's success. The network’s strong market presence is further reinforced by the fact that five of the top ten best-selling passenger vehicles during this period—Wagon-R, Swift, Brezza, Dzire, and Ertiga—were sold through ARENA outlets.
Maruti Suzuki Arena’s success can be attributed to its modern, tech-enabled approach to customer service. The retail channel has consistently provided a seamless and connected car-buying experience, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. By leveraging innovative technologies such as the ARENAverse, an immersive online car configurator, and the Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF) platform, Arena offers customers a personalised and efficient purchasing journey. These features have particularly resonated with younger consumers, who now make up 49% of Arena’s customer base.
