The centrepiece was a life-sized tractor-themed sculpture, inspired by the design of Mahindra's 'Yuvo Tech Plus' tractor, crafted from diverse soils collected from over 4000 farms across India.


Mahindra Tractors Celebrates 60 Years With

Mahindra Tractors commemorated 60 years of its legacy with the sale of 40 lakh tractor units since 1963. To celebrate this milestone the company unveiled 'Desh ka Tractor: Mitti se Juda, Junoon se Saja' initiative paying tribute to the Indian farming community. The artistic piece represents the strength and diversity of Indian farming, highlighting the resilient spirit of the farming community.

'Mitti se Juda, Junoon se Saja' embodies Mahindra Tractors' commitment to developing farming solutions that are deeply rooted in the land and designed to perform efficiently across various terrains. This initiative symbolises Mahindra's passion for transforming farming practices and improving lives across India and globally, a mission they have upheld for the past 60 years and continue to pursue.

The unveiling event took place at Mahindra's Nagpur manufacturing facility, with Vikram Wagh, CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Division, in attendance. Wagh stated 'As we celebrate 60 years of serving 40 lakh customers, we acknowledge the trust farmers have placed in us. This trust has driven us to create 'Desh ka Tractor,' showcasing the bond between Mahindra Tractors and the hardworking, relentless, and courageous Indian farmers. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has contributed to this achievement.'

Over the past six decades, Mahindra has expanded its range to include over 390 tractor models and established a strong network of more than 1200 dealers across India. This extensive network, focused on customer satisfaction, has enabled Mahindra to provide exceptional sales, service, and spare parts support to its growing customer base, which now stands at 40 lakh Mahindra Tractor owners.
