Set to make its debut on 3rd October 2024, the new vehicle is designed to offer an eco-friendly solution to the commercial vehicle sector. It is expected to appeal to businesses looking to adopt cleaner energy solutions while maintaining operational efficiency. The electric four-wheeler comes equipped with a high-voltage architecture that promises superior energy efficiency, longer range, and quicker charging times. These features, combined with competitive pricing, are likely to make it an attractive option for businesses seeking cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to traditional vehicles.

The announcement coincides with World EV Day, celebrated globally on 9th September, a day dedicated to promoting electric mobility as part of the shift towards a greener future. The unveiling of the ‘e-ZEO’ reaffirms Mahindra’s commitment to sustainable transportation and its ongoing efforts to drive the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in India.

Suman Mishra, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, highlighted that the ‘e-ZEO’ is expected to reshape urban logistics and support the company’s goal of helping customers thrive through sustainable transport options. According to her, the launch of the ‘e-ZEO’ represents Mahindra’s continued focus on innovation and its commitment to providing reliable, environmentally friendly solutions.

The ‘e-ZEO’ will likely appeal to businesses looking to reduce their carbon footprint while benefiting from the lower operational costs associated with electric vehicles.
