Mahindra announced a slew of EVs during an event in South Africa last year. Set to begin with the XUV.e8 scheduled to arrive later this year, the automaker is set to redefine the segment-first features.
As per the images, the Mahindra EV range will get not one or two but three full-size screens dominating the dashboard. While the first screen to the right will house the digital instrument cluster, the second unit will feature the infotainment system. Details regarding the third screen are scarce, but we expect it to have tons of information and entertainment options for the front passenger.
This feature could arrive with the XUV700-based XUV.e8 electric SUV. The reason behind the debut of this feature with the XUV.e8 could be the fact that the XUV range, be it the original XUV500 or the fairly new XUV700, has always debuted with features that are not just segment-leading but also a segment or two above it, thus punching above its weight and how!
