Mahindra, at its Unlimit India Tech Day, announced the pricing for Pack Three, the premium variant of its flagship electric SUVs, BE 6 and XEV 9e. Building on the success of the Unlimit India event held on November 26, 2024, where these Electric Origin SUVs were first revealed, the Pack Three offering represents OEM’s aim to democratise high-end technology and redefining premium electric mobility.
A Vision Of Premium, Accessible EVs
Pack Three, exclusively launched for the BE 6 and XEV 9e in their first phase, brings together cutting-edge features, luxury, and unmatched performance. The company has introduced an innovative finance scheme, “Three for Me,” in partnership with Mahindra Finance, to make these premium EVs accessible. This programme allows buyers to own Pack Three variants at the same EMI as Pack One, with a balloon payment at the end of six years.
Veejay Nakra, President of the Automotive Sector at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said, “The response to our Electric Origin SUVs has been phenomenal, with customers gravitating toward high-end technology and premium features. Pack Three’s 79 kWh battery, delivering over 500 km of real-world range, addresses range anxiety while ensuring premium EVs become mainstream. Through the ‘Three for Me’ programme, we aim to make these vehicles accessible, targeting 5,000 monthly unit sales in Phase 1.”
Unmatched Features and Advanced Engineering
Built on Mahindra’s INGLO electric skateboard architecture, Pack Three variants are powered by a 210 kW motor, achieving acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds for the BE 6 and 6.8 seconds for the XEV 9e. With a certified range of 683 km for the BE 6 and 656 km for the XEV 9e (MIDC Part 1 & 2), these vehicles offer practical solutions to address range anxiety among others. Fast charging capabilities allow a 20-80% charge in under 20 minutes using a 175 kW DC charger.
At the heart of these SUVs is MAIA, Mahindra’s Artificial Intelligence Architecture, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295, offering 50 trillion operations per second, 24 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. With WiFi 6.0, Bluetooth 5.2, and Quectel 5G, MAIA ensures seamless connectivity, real-time updates, and lightning-fast processing.
