Mahindra & Mahindra announced strong results for the month of October 2023. The company reported overall auto sales of 80,679 vehicles, reflecting a growth of 32%, inclusive of export figures.
In the domestic market, the company sold 43,708 vehicles in October, representing a remarkable growth of 36%. When considering exports, the total Utility Vehicles sales reached 44,264 units. Furthermore, domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles set a new record with 25,715 units, the highest ever for the company.
Veejay Nakra, President of the Automotive Division, M&M, stated 'In October, we achieved our highest-ever sales volumes at 80,679 vehicles, reflecting a 32% growth. Both SUVs and CVs achieved their highest-ever sales for the third consecutive month, with 43,708 and 25,715 vehicles, respectively. While robust festive season demand should maintain our growth momentum in November, we are closely monitoring select supply-related challenges.'
