Adhering to the new emission norms for the Construction Equipment (CE) industry, Mahindra Construction Equipment (MCE) has introduced BS-IV compliant Motor Grader - Mahindra RoadMaster G9075 & G9595 & Backhoe Loader – and Mahindra EarthMaster SX, and VX.

MCE, part of the Mahindra Group, claims that the BS-IV range adheres to its commitment to the lowest cost of maintenance in the industry. The range of equipment will have a robust iMAXX telematics solution providing customers with diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive fleet management along with many other category-leading features.

Jalaj Gupta, Business Head, Mahindra Truck & Bus and Construction Equipment, said MCE is a challenger brand, and its aim is to provide customers with solutions that offer higher reliability and lower owning and operating costs, thereby improving their productivity and profitability.

These tough and reliable products have been designed and developed in India after an in-depth understanding of the needs of the consumers, which is the hallmark of the group's product development process, he added.

MCE has a range of Backhoe Loaders, EarthMaster and Motor Graders, RoadMaster holding about 17% market share. Currently, over 7,000 EarthMaster and over 700 RoadMaster are supporting the customers with 24x7 performance.

With BSIV introduction the entire EarthMaster Range of Backhoe Loaders is enhanced both in terms of productivity and features. Powered with a reliable 74 hp CRi Mahindra engine, it now has 13% higher torque compared to BS-III leading to improved machine’s loader efficiency. Improved hydraulic system resulted in a higher flow handling capacity. Besides, other improvements lead to overall production capacities improvement of 10%.

With quintennial and unique features as banana boom, joystick lever, robust design, and bigger buckets, EarthMaster range is suited for several types of backhoe applications, including mining, trenching, crushers, building construction and others.
