Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has inaugurated five new state-of-the-art dealerships in July, strategically located in Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch, and Kadappa. These new facilities collectively add 2.5 lakh square feet of infrastructure and 37 service bays, enhancing Mahindra's ability to service over 75 vehicles daily.

The new dealerships include:

  • Vashu Raj Automobiles in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, covering 35,000 square feet with six vehicle service bays.

  • Bathwal Services in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, spanning 27,000 square feet with ten service bays.
  • K P Trucking in Bharuch, Gujarat, with a vast 51,000 square feet area and six service bays.
  • Navata Automotives in Kadappa, Andhra Pradesh, occupying 87,000 square feet with eight service bays.

These new facilities are fully equipped to offer comprehensive sales, spares, and service solutions for the entire Mahindra range, including Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs), Intermediate Commercial Vehicles (ICVs), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), and Buses.

The expansion reflects MTBD's four-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 46% in business volume for FY 2024. Jalaj Gupta, Business Head of Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, stated 'The addition of these five new dealerships will extend our reach, improve service availability, and provide more uptime for our customers' fleets. We are committed to delivering innovative and efficient transportation solutions to our esteemed customers.'

Gupta highlighted Mahindra's superior technological offerings, introducing the new mileage guarantee scheme, 'Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas,' for the BS6 OBD II range of trucks. This initiative aims to increase profitability for transporters by offering unparalleled value.

MTBD also guarantees vehicle uptime, promising to get trucks back on the road within 48 hours of a breakdown or compensating customers INR 1000 per day. Additionally, they assure a 36-hour turnaround at dealer workshops, offering INR 3000 per day if not met.
